Legal

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Venuvero’s venue inquiry, calendar, pricing, and market-intelligence services. They are written for the current early-access product and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad paid launch.

Effective August 10, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Venuvero, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and authorized to act for the venue or organization using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Venuvero helps venues organize inquiries, prepare drafts and estimates, connect calendars and email, record sold services, and review sourced market information. Features may change during early access. Venuvero does not act as a booking agent, marketplace, attorney, accountant, or final pricing authority.

3. Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity in your workspace. Only connect inboxes, calendars, files, and accounts you are authorized to access. Provider integrations remain subject to the provider’s own terms and permissions.

4. Customer data and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Venuvero a limited license to host, process, transform, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide the content, including customer communications and uploaded pricing materials.

5. AI outputs, estimates, and approvals

AI extraction, drafts, competitor matches, community summaries, and normalized price scenarios can be incomplete or wrong. They are decision-support outputs, not official quotes or verified statements by another venue. Users must review customer-facing replies, prices, availability, and contractual commitments before sending or relying on them.

6. Market information

Market information may come from official public pages, permitted public marketplace listings, community sources, venue-verified updates, and user submissions. Venuvero labels source types and observation dates when available. A normalized scenario is Venuvero’s calculation and is not the listed venue’s official quote. Do not use Venuvero to harass, defame, impersonate, or make deceptive claims about another business.

7. Claimed listings and corrections

A venue may request to claim, correct, or opt out of automated collection for a listing. Venuvero may require business-domain email, official website evidence, or manual proof. Requests do not change a listing until reviewed. Verified editors may update factual venue-controlled fields but may not alter another customer’s private notes or internal analysis. Fraudulent claims may be rejected or revoked.

8. Acceptable use

You may not bypass security or access controls; upload malware; scrape Venuvero; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; send unlawful spam; submit fake reviews; claim a business without authority; reverse engineer restricted components; or use the service to make unlawful, discriminatory, false, or misleading decisions or statements.

9. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans, billing cycles, trial terms, usage limits, and the amount due are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal, and cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout states otherwise. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, early-access use does not create a promise that a feature or price will remain available.

10. Intellectual property

Venuvero and its original software, branding, designs, and documentation belong to the operator or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Venue names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the referenced businesses, not to imply sponsorship.

11. Suspension and termination

Venuvero may suspend access to protect users, sources, or the service; investigate fraud or unauthorized claims; comply with law; or address a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal retention needs.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

The early-access service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Venuvero does not guarantee uninterrupted integrations, complete public information, booking outcomes, or accuracy of AI outputs. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when practical, communicated in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
