Refund Policy
This policy explains Venuvero’s current trial, cancellation, and refund terms.

Trial and first charge
If checkout displays a free trial, no subscription fee is charged until the displayed trial ends. Cancel through the billing portal before that time to avoid the first charge. Trial length and the amount due are shown before checkout is completed.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled through the billing portal. Unless checkout says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
Refunds and billing errors
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after they are charged, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. If you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized, contact Venuvero within thirty days of the charge. Venuvero will review the account and transaction and correct confirmed billing errors. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and the customer's bank.
