This notice explains the limited cookies and browser storage used by Venuvero.

Necessary session cookie
When you sign in, Venuvero sets a secure, HTTP-only session cookie named __Host-vv_session. It is required to authenticate requests, uses SameSite=Lax, is sent only over HTTPS, and expires no later than thirty days after it is issued. Because it is necessary to provide the signed-in service, it cannot be disabled through a consent banner. Signing out or deleting the workspace ends the active session.
Browser local storage
Venuvero may store user-created interface preferences, including saved reply templates, in the browser's local storage. This keeps those preferences available on the device. They can be removed through the product controls or the browser's site-data settings.
Analytics and advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate performance and usage measurements without placing cookies. Venuvero does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising. If non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice will be updated and consent controls will be added where required.
